AI education & team confidence

AI training that starts with your working day.

Your team doesn’t need another presentation full of buzzwords. They need a chance to try AI on tasks they recognise, ask questions and learn where human judgement matters. We help Scottish businesses build that confidence through practical, approachable training.

Start with the people, then the tools

A business owner exploring AI for the first time needs a different session from a team already using it. We begin by understanding your roles, current tools and confidence levels. That gives us a sensible starting point and examples that feel relevant to your work.

  • An introduction to what AI can and cannot do
  • Writing useful instructions with context, examples and constraints
  • Checking accuracy, tone and missing information before using an answer

Practise on work that matters

Possible exercises include turning rough notes into a first draft, planning a week of useful content, summarising a non-sensitive document or preparing an outline for a customer response. We can use fictional or anonymised examples so people can learn without sharing private customer information.

  • Guided practice and time for questions
  • Reusable prompt examples shaped around agreed tasks
  • A discussion of which tasks still need a person’s review

Leave with a sensible next step

Training works best when people know what to try afterwards. We can help you choose a small pilot, agree who checks the output and define what a useful result would look like. If you also need tools configured or workflows connected, we can scope that separately through our AI adoption and automation service.

  • A practical starting point for your team
  • Clear boundaries for information you should not paste into a tool
  • Optional follow-on guidance, agreed in advance

Is this a good fit?

For small business owners, customer-facing teams and organisations that want to explore AI without assuming everyone has the same technical background.

What to bring to the first conversation

Tell us roughly how many people will take part, what they do and which tasks they would like to improve. Let us know if you already use an AI tool. We’ll agree the format, content and price before booking anything.

A few useful answers

Do we need an AI subscription first?

No. We can discuss your current tools and choose an appropriate format before any session. If a paid tool is needed for an agreed exercise, we’ll explain that in advance.

Can the training use examples from our business?

Yes. Useful examples make training more relevant. We agree what to use and favour fictional or anonymised material where real documents contain private information.

Is this a qualification?

This is practical business training, not an accredited qualification. We agree the learning goals and exercises with you before work begins.
